1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

2. License and Usage

Buyers receive non-exclusive, transferable rights (where applicable) to use, edit, rebrand, and resell products if labeled as PLR (Private Label Rights). Products must not be used for illegal purposes.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, products will be delivered instantly via download link or email. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

5. Responsibility

We are not liable for how buyers use or distribute the content. Buyers are responsible for ensuring they comply with platform rules, laws, or third-party copyright when reselling.

6. Payment

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via trusted payment providers. We do not store payment information.

7. Account Access

Buyers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and download credentials. Sharing access is not permitted.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
